1. What is Chakra Athletica and what workout formats are offered?
Chakra is your one-stop fitness shop! We offer three workout formats - Ride, Barre and Bootcamp. Unlike traditional gyms, Chakra is all about group fitness. It's an energy exchange that allows you to tap deep into your full potential.
Ride - Spinning at Chakra is your full body cardio fix. Each class engages the core, builds lower body strength, and improves arm definition.
Barre - Our Barre classes help sculpt your body and work muscles you didn't even know you had. If youre looking to chisel your body, this is the class for you.
Bootcamp - HIIT sessions that focus on muscular endurance and strength, helping you build muscle and become stronger both on and off the bike.
2. Are Chakra classes beginner friendly?
Yes! Very much so. Almost every single class has first time attendees, and our instructors provide scaled-down options to ensure your workouts are effective.
3. Do credits expire?
All credits purchased from March 1, 2023 expire 60 days after the date of purchase. All classes must be booked within 60 days from the day of purchase. If you reschedule a class, your credit will be added back to the package from which it was utilised.
Credits purchased before March 1, 2023 are not subject to expiration.
4. Can classes be rescheduled or canceled?
Classes can be canceled 12 hours prior to your class, via our app or website. Your canceled credits will be added back to your account and can be used to reschedule your class.
5. Are late entrants allowed?
For safety reasons, and out of deference to everyone else in class, late entrants will not be permitted.
6. What do I need to carry for a spin session?
Please bring a pair of socks and a water bottle (we provide spinning shoes). We also ask that you arrive 20 minutes before your first class so we can help you set up your bike and walk you through the basics.

8. What are the class timings?
Our schedule can be viewed on the Chakra Athletica app. Timings differ slightly from studio to studio.
9. Do I need to have fitness experience to join a spin class?
Nope! You’re more than welcome to go at your own pace, and our instructors always provide scaled down options to make sure you can successfully complete the class. Most of our sessions have first time riders so you’re not alone!
10. Are there beginner, intermediate and advanced spinning sessions?
All our classes cater to every fitness level, that’s the beauty of spinning. The intensity increases with the gear, so more experienced riders will be riding at higher gears, while newer riders are welcome to ride at lower gears.
11. What is a Barre class?
Tiny movements for big change! Our Barre classes are off-bike workouts that focus on defining muscle. You’ll target muscles you didn’t even know existed and will leave feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the world!

A HIIT session that focuses on muscular endurance and strength, helping you build muscle and become stronger both on and off the bike.
13. Are there showers at the studio?
Our Infantry Road studio is equipped with showers and Dyson hair dryers.
14. Is there parking available at the studio?
Yes! There is street parking outside our studios.
