Avocado Truffle Pop!
Super quick, super yummy
These Avocado Truffle Pops make for the perfect breakfast or mid-day snack. Here’s your recipe
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 eggs
- Salt, pepper and chili flakes to taste
- Truffle oil
- Preheat oven to 180 C
- Cut your avocado in half and remove the seed
- Crack a whole egg, or just the white, into the avocado halves
- Add seasoning and truffle oil to taste
- Bake for 20 minutes and dig in!
